Print-on-Demand Policy (Important)

All products sold on our store are made to order using print-on-demand (POD) services.
This means each item is printed only after you place an order.

Because of this:

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Color preference issues

  • Personal taste or expectation mismatch


When Refunds or Replacements ARE Accepted

We will replace or refund your order only if:

The item is damaged
The item is defective
The item is misprinted
The item received is different from what was ordered


Reporting an Issue (Very Important)

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item

  • Provide:

    • Clear photos of the damaged/defective product

    • Order number

    • Description of the issue

Replacement Process

  • Once approved, we will reprint and reship the product at no additional cost

  • Replacement shipping time follows our standard shipping policy

  • No need to return the damaged item unless requested


Refund Method

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider


Returns Not Required

Because products are custom-made:

  • We usually do not require returns

  • In rare cases, return instructions will be shared via email


Lost Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Please contact your local courier first

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation


Customs & Duties

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees or taxes

  • These charges are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for customs payments


Incorrect Address

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds

  • Please double-check your address before placing an order
